Lily Zepeda

Vice President

In her four years within the business, Lily has dedicated herself to the world of flag football, uprooting her life to pursue this dream. Despite her initial passion for helping the elderly as a licensed CNA, she transitioned into overseeing up to 10 locations for the leagues. Lily's role involves managing staffing, communication, fields, payroll, and being present on game days. She finds joy in watching kids play on the football field and contributing to the success of the program.

Her versatility shines as she seamlessly transitions between roles, from CEO to President, field rep to lead Commissioner, and all communications. Lily is the flexible tool the company needs, adapting to different demands and helping it grow in various ways. One significant achievement includes relocating to another state at 24, becoming a partial owner, and successfully leading a team.

Motivated by the enjoyment of the kids in the program, Lily values the tangible results of their hard work on the football field. Being a supportive sister to her brother, who is the owner, allows her to contribute to the family vision and implement her experience. Lily's interests extend beyond work, encompassing axe throwing, hot springs in the mountains, and hiking in the quiet of the woods.

At 25, she bought her first house, showcasing her financial acumen and ability to balance work and life. Lily's love for animals is evident through her ownership of two dogs—a black lab and a German Shepherd. Additionally, she is a skilled writer, adding a unique dimension to her multifaceted personality.
