Serving as the President and owner, Miguel is the visionary behind the organization, establishing its culture and passionately encouraging kids to embrace football while minimizing reliance on video games and social media. His extensive business relationships include NFL Flag (RCX), Kansas City Chiefs, Kansas City Glory, YMCA, Boys and Girls Club, All American facility, local schools and districts, athletic directors, among others.

Miguel's notable achievements include bringing NFL Flag to the Kansas City Market and winning the 2022 NFL Flag Females in Flag organizer of the year. Beyond organizational success, he is dedicated to creating platforms for community leaders to impact youth through football, fostering leadership opportunities, and providing kids with a positive outlet that imparts life lessons and fosters lifelong friendships.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Miguel is a devoted family man—father, husband, brother, son, and grandfather—with family serving as his cherished hobby. While he humorously claims to be "boring," Miguel acknowledges that, despite initial impressions, he is genuinely kind-hearted. 😊
