Since graduating high school in 2004, Troy's journey has been diverse and impactful. Initially attending Park University, he felt a calling to ministry and left for Bible College in Oklahoma. As an Evangelist after graduation, Troy traveled, preaching in churches across the United States. In 2013, he moved to Florida to serve as the Creative/Associate Pastor at a church. Returning to his hometown of Kansas City in 2015, Troy planted a church and is currently the Lead Pastor at The Chapel KC in Overland Park, leading alongside his wife.

In addition to his pastoral role, Troy heads the marketing efforts, overseeing everything from social media to ads and printed materials. A significant highlight in his life includes meeting his wife in high school and planting a healthy and successful church together.

Motivated by witnessing kids overcome obstacles and discovering their strength through sports, Troy finds joy in fostering a love for sports in young hearts. Beyond his spiritual leadership, Troy is an avid golfer, participating in a local amateur tour that allows him to travel and play competitive golf.

An interesting fact about Troy is his love for pineapple on pizza. A unique aspect of his life is coming from a broken home where his parents weren't around. Sports provided him with light and purpose in his youth, ultimately leading him to find his ultimate purpose when he gave his life to Jesus. Troy values the avenue that sports provides for people from all walks of life.
